Looking for pet care? Joining our pack takes just 3 steps!

Fill out our client request form in detail so we can ensure we have availability and are a good fit for your pet. Once approved, you will be able to activate your client portal for our app!

Get the party started by scheduling your Initial Consultation! We require an Initial Consultation for each new client to ensure everything runs smoothly with our services. Initial Consultations are a one time fee of $25.

Schedule services & enjoy!
Be sure to book ahead to ensure we can provide coverage. We can accommodate bookings on short notice at times, but it's best to give us as much notice as possible.

What areas do you service?We proudly service: Midtown, Montrose, The Heights, Oak Forest, West University, Southside Place, the Medical Center, Bellaire, Uptown, Industrial Park, Briar Forest, Bunker Hill, and Tanglewood. On a case by case basis, we service other areas such as Sugar Land and Pearland. If you do not see your area listed, please let us know. We are adding more areas as we grow and will expand into areas with the most interest.

What pets do you care for?We regularly care for dogs, cats, chickens, reptiles, and small animals. If you have a unique pet, feel free to contact us to discuss their specific needs!

What steps do you take to provide peace of mind?We take our responsibilities seriously. First and foremost, we are insured and bonded! Our insurance company is Business Insurers of the Carolinas - who paved the path in providing insurance for pet care professionals. With our app, you will receive an update each time we are with your pet. Our updates keep you included on what your pet has been doing and we will always include photos. All dog walks include a GPS map of the path we take.

Will I be able to meet my pet sitter or dog walker before booking?While we do believe it is important for our team members to build positive relationships with our clients, it is not always possible to arrange their schedules for an initial consultation with you and your pets. Rest assured that our team members are heavily vetted and background checked before being onboarded as a team member. We provide ongoing training for them as well and you will receive the same level of care with any of them.

What services do you offer?We currently offer: Daily Dog Walking In-Home Visits - 30 minutes or 60 minutes Bed and Breakfast - one hour AM visit, one hour midday visit, 3 hours PM visit Overnight Sitting - 12 hours overnight Pet Taxi Waggin' Down the Aisle

What happens during an in-home visit?In-home visits include feeding, exercise, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and plenty of love and cuddles. We also provide basic home care, such as bringing in the mail or watering plants.

Do you charge extra for multiple pets?No, we believe in providing exceptional care without extra fees for multiple pets in the same household.

Can you accommodate special requests, like administering medications?Yes, we are experienced in administering oral medications, injections, and other special care. Just let us know your pet's needs when booking.

Will I receive updates about my pet?Yes, we provide detailed updates with photos and notes with each service so you can stay connected with your pet while you’re away.

How far in advance do I need to cancel?All cancellations within 24 hours of the start of service will be charged full price.

Can you accommodate same day bookings?While we always recommend planning ahead for booking your pet care, we understand that life takes unexpected turns that are not possible to plan for. We do our best to accommodate last minute bookings, but it depends on availability.

Are you available on weekends or holidays?Yes, we provide services seven days a week, including holidays. However, holiday bookings are subject to an additional fee.
